I've been sitting out here in this little galaxy for a long time now. It's far away from the other gods, and no one can find me here. I've been dead for ages, or so it seems, and it's taking some getting used to. I ain't never thought so much about, y'know, them philosophical things before like I do now. Like, what am I really? What's a dead god, anyway? How was I even able to die?

I still can't answer them questions. I don't know how. I sit out here in the dark, and think, but I find no answers. I feel paralysed. The Mysteries of death are a very hard place indeed, and I'm not sure I'm ready to know them all just yet.

What would the world be without music? I can't bear the thought. I sing to myself out in space. It's so quiet there. It's the most utterly terrifying silence I've ever encountered. I need to sing or I'll go bloody mad. That sort of silence sends you mad. Even Gods go mad out there if they're not careful.

I miss the sanity of being on Earth. I'll never experience that again. All I got is the song of the Cosmos for company. If it weren't so bloody sad, maybe I could learn to love it.

Music sings to me when nothing else does. Music is the language of my soul. It's like I got all these songs in me head, and I gotta get 'em all out before I burst. That's what it feels like. I don't know how to do anything else.
